| ¡¡¡¡On the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the establishment of Peking University, the HR department of Founder Group organized an internship program conference specially designed for Peking University students as one of the series of activities of the Group¡¯s internship publicity and recruitment plan. The conference abandoned the original publicity means of campus lectures, and shared with the students the 20-strong years¡¯ history and experience of the Group with the theme of ¡°how to improve our own professional competitiveness¡±, exhibiting the prospective technical development of the Group in publishing and the protection of digital intellectual property rights, elaborating to the students on the corporate culture and criteria for choosing talents, and exchanging ideas with the students on how to nurture comprehensive ability and enhance their own competitiveness in the workplace.
¡¡¡¡The conference, held in the multi-function hall on the 11th floor of Founder Plaza on the evening of May 8, drew over 100 students from some departments and colleges of Peking University including award-winning students of the first ¡°Founder Scholarship¡± and those interested in internship at Founder Group. Xie Kehai, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the Group introduced the industry architecture, management mode, corporate culture of the Group, detailed on its corporate culture and criteria for choosing talents and left a profound impression on the participating students with his one-by-one interpretation of the Chinese characters ¡°·½Õı¡¯ meaning ¡°Founder¡±. | | |
